House N

House N by Sou Fujimoto is such a beautiful project. I especially like this section drawing of the space. Going through the photos, it’s obvious that this house would only be suitable for a couple or single person. The nesting technique creates layers and privacy between the inhabitants and pedestrians, but the interior relationships are also notable. The building doesn’t appear to have any interior doors, so you’d be able to peek into all of the spaces through the cutouts as you moved around. This could be both a good and bad thing..
